Our concept is based on shared ownership, where eight owners own 12.5% of a luxury property and enjoy the full benefits of ownership without the full cost. When you share the investment with seven other like-minded owners, you will have the property entirely to yourself for six weeks and three days each year. Our fair and flexible booking system ensures you get the weeks you desire. You even have the opportunity to rent out some of our properties in the designated weeks through Happy Rab.

No loan needed
No need for a traditional loan because with our sharing concept, you only pay one-eighth of the property price, as you share the ownership and all fees with seven other owners.
